Meatloaf

Meatloaf - Mom

2 eggs
3/4 C. milk
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1/2 onion
1 t. salt
1 1/2 lb ground beef

1 C. ketchup
2 T. mustard
2 T. brown sugar

350 degrees for 50 min

Combine eggs/milk

Stir in crumbs, onion, salt, and 1/8 t pepper

Add beef; mix well

Pat into pan and put in the oven

Spoon off fat

Put ketchup, mustard, sugar mix on top and bake 10 more min
